While the political Left laments the realities of nuclear warfare, the political Right seems pleased to take advantage of the strategic error.
But what if it turned out to be a good thing for the country as a whole? What if Harry Reid’s nuclear blunder ends up permanently changing the way the Senate does the Nations business?
