The Japanese Prime Minister almost apologizes for World War Two, but then he doesn’t.

The Governor wants fines for water wasters increased to $10,000/day. He just doesn’t bother to define what a water waster is. I suppose it depends on what “is” means, right?

The new book about Hillary’s Cash gets some unexpected support, and Baltimore is calmer, so let the finger pointing begin.
